If your Brother or Sister feels the same then I dont see why not but alot of talk will go around and you will probably regret it.
Do not have offspring though because it is harmful to the child.
Also I think that it is a brothers job to protect his sister and not to do something that could result in her being hurt

No, that is illegal and morally wrong. One of the reasons it's illegal is that any children resulting from such a relationship will more than likely have physical and mental defects from the two people being so closely related. Most states even prohibit first and second cousins from having sexual relations/getting married.

I find this amazing. Here's a person asking about an alternate attraction who has been judged and rejected in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered corner of Y!A. By the same people who insist nobody has a right to judge their own attractions. Isn't that just sweet?

yes if both people r agree & luv each other and hv brave to face the socity and can be live together in future as husband and wife and or u can say if both r sick (as other prople called in society), also they can if they're from not real mother and father
but moraly I will suggest don't do this, u're both r from same blood and u'll destroy this holly relationship of this world which called brother and sister

Not by most people's moral standards. Unless you, like I, take "brothers and sisters" to refer to "all the people of the world". You are all my brothers (and sisters) - lets respect one another as such.

It is, of course, physically possible, and sometimes people do. But society frowns on it, partly because there is an increased likelihood of a bad gene being propagated in any resulting offspring.

Yes they 'can' have sex, but 'may' they have sex is a different story .It's disgusting and it leads to problems due to inbreeding, the problems being children with disabilities. Also it's called incest.

I have never been able to understand why those of you for whom English is a second language, don't seem to understand that this site is for questions about Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered people and their issues.
Be more specific about your question if you are asking it in terms of this forum.
