Say what??

The many different aboriginal groups across North America, South and Central America had several distinctive languages. They were here before the Spanish arrived and introduced their genes and language mix-- the stuff that conferred the "Latino" prefix on the peoples to come. The Spanish interconnected with the aboriginal peoples of the Americas and thus many of them still speak dialects with Spanish words in them, have Spanish genes and names, and practice some form of Catholicism. I'm interested to know that the Spanish colonizers took Mexicans with them as ship's officers and crew to the Philippines where they were wreaking their usual havoc. Some of the Mexican officers stayed there and married Filipinas. Then later Philippino sailors were forced to crew the Spanish galleons back to Central America where they intermarried with the Mexicans. So there is quite a similarity between certain areas of Mexico and certain areas of the Philippines...customs, etc. Philippinos are knowns as the Latinos of Southeast Asia.

Nope.Native Americans are just that. Native Americans are actually Asians that crossed the Bering Strait years ago when it was a land mass. Latinos are usually described as people from Latin America. This is a touchy word. Many use it to describe Mexicans as well, but I believe Mexicans prefer Hispanic.I think I am pretty close.

In a word---No
the Native American were falsely termed "Indian" simply
out of the belief of the original European explorers thinking
that they had found a Western route to the shores of India
But, the Native in American was far more akin to the peoples of Eastern Asia than any peoples of Europe !!

No they weren't. Latino isn't a race and neither is Native American. They were Asian.

No... they were (and are) all very different from each other. A tribe/Nation in the east could be far different then one from the west.
