I really need to get rid of some blackheads on my nose fast, there gross and I want them gone fast. What can I do to get them away, my friend said it's because my skin is really oily but it's not that bad compared to some people. Is my friend right? How do I get rid of my blackheads? Please Help!!!

You wash your face with warm water and microwave a few towels. Place a warm towl over te area and when it cools replace it with a new one. When the blackheads are nice and soft (or after about 5 minutes) wipe the area with antiseptic then wrap your index finger in tissue and press down (not into) around either side of the blackhead. If they are ready they will come out. Do not force them.
You can also do this after a warm shower if you dont want to use the warm towel method. You can also make a disincrustation solution with one tabelspoon baking soda to one cup of water. Mix it, dip cotton/gauze/tissue in it and apply it to the blackheads to soften them (leave the tissue/gauze/whatever on, as if you only apply the solution, it will evaporate). Leave it on about 5 minutes and begin extraction.
Good luck. Blackheads are the only type of acne you should "pop".

Biore strips are a great way to get rid of them fast and they have a pore unclogging scrub that's good to keep them away. another really good scrub that gets rid of blackheads is St. Ives Swiss formula Apricot scrub its really good for blackheads and blemishes, i use a biore strip once a month and then i use aveno ultra calming face wash in the morning and before i go to bed i use apricot scrub to take off my makeup and get rid of blackheads and then right after i use olay foaming face wash for sensitive skin, and then I put Avon face cream on and i never break out anymore so good luck.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.
