I NEED HELP WITH HOW DO I TRY TO LEAVE A CONTROLLING FAMILY...I GOT MARRIED IN THE STATE OF KY...I HAD 3 KIDS FROM PREVIOUS MARRIAGE.THEN I HAD A CHILD FROME MY SECOND MARRIAGE. MY HUSBAND NOW HAS TRICK ME INTO SIGNING A PAPER IN FRONT OF A LAWYER SAYING THAT I CANT LEAVE THE STATE OF INDIANA..MY FAMILY WAS TAKING CARE OF MY OTHER CHILDREN IN KY AT THE TIME, WHILE WE TOOK THE CHILD WE HAVE TOGETHER TO SEE HIS FAMILY IN (INDIANA)..SO NOW IM STUCK I WANT OUT OF THE MARRIAGE AND I WANT TO GET BACK TO KY WHERE MY OTHER 3 CHILDREN R WAITING ON ME....HE SAYS IF I LEAVE WITH HER HE WILL PUT ME IN JAIL...HE HAS BEEN IN THE LOONY BIN TWICE SINCE THIS PAPER HAS BEEN SIGNED....I HAVE A WAY TO SNEAK TO KY BUT AM AFRAID OF LOSING ALL MY CHILDREN....WHAT SHOULD I DO? DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MUCH TROUBLE I WILL GET INTO IF I LEAVE? I HAVENT MUCH MONEY...DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I SHOULD GO BACK TO KY AND FILE FOR DIVORCE AND EMERGANCY CUSTODY...I AM STUCK IN THE HOUSE WITH HIS GRANDMA THAT IS SUPPORTING HIM

HE LIVES AT HIS GRANDMA,S 2....I DIDNT LEAVE MY KIDS FOR HIM THEIR FATHER WOULDNT LET ME TAKE THEM TO INDIANA WITH ME...I WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO BE GONE A WEEK BUT HE DECIDED WE WERE STAYING AND SCARED ME WITH ALL KINDS OF THREATS....THEN TOLD ME I COULD COME BACK IF I SIGNED THIS PAPER....LATER FOUND OUT I HAD SIGNED A PAPER SAYING I COULDNT BRING MY OTHER CHILD WITH ME....THE PAPER SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT US STAYING TOGETHER AND GETTING JOINT CUSTODY...IT DONT MAKE SINCE TO ME...IM REALLY SCARED OF HIM....

no matter what u sign in a marriage someone can not make u stay in a state
if u were to take ur kids file for divorce and move, he would call the cops cuz he is dumb but that would be for the best cuz the cops know that he cant put u in jail for that
u cant go to jail for that and it would be easy to get a diorce from him and take custody of the kids if hes been in the bin

Your kids are screwed and you are a large part of the reason why.
It is horrendous that you would do that to your kids and I do hope that they paperwork is real so that you cant go back and ruin them more than you already have.
