Unfortunately, God's joke on women is that the symptoms for pregnancy are the same as for your period. Just get a test and stop making yourself crazy!
Good luck.

When I get a Urine infection i get really bad back and stomach pains, and you could be getting your period too, if you haven't already, sometimes it take me 4-5 days to get a period after my pill cycle, but i see a doctor and have a urine test done, and a pregnancy test, just to be sure, hope you feel better soon and I hope this helps :)

I think you are just having side effects of going off the pill.
when you go off the pill- the hormones are still in your body and take a little while to filter out, you couldnt get pregnant that fast after going off-- it takes a month or so for the last of the pills ingredients to leave your body.

Go to the doctor, if you are pregnant things may not be progressing well. Either that or your real period is about to hit with a vengeance!

My dad is an OBGYN and he would say, "GET THE HELL TO YOUR DOCTOR!" if this was happening to me so go to the doctor and get checked out if you aren't pregnant, you could still get a fertility test whilr you're there.

I don't think so.It sound more like bladder infection,or urinary infection. The fact that you have an abnormal fever and it hurts to pee makes me think so.Good health to you.
