Depends on where the person is. In China, no they are the majority. In America everyone who isn't white is considered a minority.

it depends, in the world or in america? if its for the states, we brought alot of chinese workers to america (among other races) to build the railroads, dig mines, and work the plantation fields (especially hawaii) during our early era because we had so few people (the civil war and such can do that). but over all its still a minority, unless you go to the china town areas.

if all the chinese raced at the same time it would cause an earth quake felt around the world so minoity no iwould look at white race for that now.we doomed.
