Does anyone know how much it costs to get married just at the court house?
I've heard that it don't cost much, but was wondering if anyone knew?

This is the easy way out for everyone. Like when people ask what are the lyrics to this song or who sings this? The answer is obvious, yes we could look ourselves but it's easier to see if someone might know it and could save us the trouble. Yeah it's not a big deal to look it up ourselves, but if someone knows it right off the bat, why not?

That will depend on your county cost. Marriage licenses are different in different areas I am sure. Here the license is $75. You would need to pay the Justice of the Peace something too. I am not sure if there is a set amount. Years ago the proper offering would be $50. Things may have changed over time.

So far I've avoided being a smart-*** on these but, have you tried typing in your state's name, and something like "marriage license fee" in Yahoo (don't tell me you don't have access). I tried to find you a site with every state listed but didn't feel like sorting through all the individual states' I found since with the results it was clear you could easily do this yourself.

It actually depends on the county you get married in. It only cost me $10 in Moffat County, Colorado.

it cost me like 60 dollars but you cant forget to add in the marriage liscense which was like bucks. do a google search for costs of marriage in whatever state you are in at the justice of the peace... it will hook u up with all the info u need

I am pretty sure my marriage license cost 40 bucks
