if itz medical i think itz covered by most insurance. I know it can give back problems thatz why I say it would be medical!
Breast Reduction
Breast reduction is a surgical procedure undertaken to make the breasts smaller. Most women's key objective for undergoing breast reduction is to seek relief from the physical symptoms caused by excessively heavy breasts. A reduction in the weight of the breast is achieved by surgically reducing (removing) breast tissue. The procedure removes fat, glandular tissue, and skin from the breasts, making them smaller and lighter. It can also reduce the size of the aureole; the darker skin surrounding the nipple.
We do not recommend breast reduction unless doing so will clearly improve a health issue. Making a decision to permanently change the shape and size of your breasts should be done after much thought and with a clear understanding of what is motivating you. North American culture has a very narrow and restrictive view of what breast size and shape is deemed attractive. Ideally, by questioning our own ideas of breast beauty we can help to expand the societal perspective of what is normal. Your own breasts are likely the best. See if you can love what you already have.

I know a lady that just had it done last month. She had been going to a chiropractor for awhile for back pain and the doctor suggested that it might help her and referred her to an MD. She got two or three separate opinions to satisfy her insurance and they covered 100% of the procedure. You might check www.webMD.com to see if there is any information or desccriptions on the procedure itself.

Breast Reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Well I have heard and know someone as a matter of fact. It must be noted that u have been to the doctor's, numerous times, complaining of back problems. And if there is an indentation from your bra straps. I'm sure they will cover it.

For an insurance company to cover it it would have to be determinded to be medically nesasary. Otherwise it is elective surgery.
