From 10 to 16ish. I started around 11. So you have a bit of waiting to do.
EDIT: What is with you? unless you have a time machine and a really good sex change doctor, you can't be 8 and 12 and a boy and a girl within a day of each other. So which is it? or are you just some creepy person who pretends he's (or she) a kid?

Sometime around 11 or 12 years old you should start noticing some of the changes that come with puberty.

You have a whole life ahead of you. Your body will till you when its time. Until then enjoy being how and who you are, because there is plenty of time to change.
