Ok, I have all the sims 2 expansion pack, but not installed, ok so, I was wondering if I install the sims 2 holiday edition,
1.does it suppose to have holiday stuff?
2.Can I use it just like if it was the original?Example:
I install the sims 2 holiday edition first then I install university, nghtlife ect.Can I do that?

For one thing, the sims 2 holiday edition is the original game with additional holiday items included. If you have the original game already installed, take the holiday edition back and pick up the holiday stuff pack. If you do not have the original game and only have the holiday edition, then yes the holiday edition is your base game. You can install that first and then the expansions afterward.
I have explained the confusion of holiday edition vs. holiday stuff pack to a few confused people already. Personally I think the idea of repackaging the base game with the holiday pack included was kinda stupid as it confused people in to getting it when they didn't need to get the base game again.

The Sims 2 Holiday Edition does include holiday items for you to use in the game. It is just like the original version, just with additional holiday items. It is the same game and you can install expansion packs after you have first installed the Sims 2. The expansion packs will only work if you already have installed the Sims 2. Have fun!

The Sims 2 HAS to be installed first, then for the expansions they can go in any order you want when installing. For instance you can install Nightlife before installing University. It doesn't matter the order for the expansion packs just as long as you have the main game installed first. Then after installing all of your expansion packs whatever was installed last will be the icon you click on.

the sims 2 holiday version is the bottom sport and the holiday products. once you've sims 2 holiday version you should position in that first. you want to position in the expansions so as so set up college. then nightlife. then pets.
