There are epoxy based paints on the market. Others are similar to epoxy, but use other resins. They come in a few different colors. I work where they have some floor area that has this kind of paint. It cleans up well, has worn well, and looks fairly good.

I have seen such paint at several Home Depot type of stores.

You cannot mix epoxy with any regular paint.

If you are painting on concrete, there is a special adhesive (not epoxy) which can mix with exterior paint to ensure the paint remains on the surface. You can purchase this item at Lowes or Home Depot. Just see any store representative and they will direct you to the various name brands.

The paint you are looking for is called two part polyester. Grainger sells it. Rustoleum makes it.
