Fitrum green tea extract is for weight loss... first and foremost, as with anything that you put in your body to help you lose weight you will have nausea, vomitting and diarreah for sure, that's how you lose the fat, through expulsion. But the facts that I found online are as follows. If you have an excess of 5 or more cups of this type of tea you can have dizziness, sleeplessness, irregular heart beat, headache, loss of appetite or other caffeine-related side effects.
Personally, I would recommend that if you want to lose weight, do it naturally. I have lost 200 pounds by eating in moderation (slow down, you'll get fuller faster), and drinking lots more water, cutting out soda, and actually exercising more. Walking is excellent.
