ME AND MY X WERE TOGETHER FOR A YEAR AND HE SAID HE LOVED ME SO MUCH AND WE DID EVERYTHING TOGETHER. BUT AFTER OUR 1YEAR ANNI. HE LEFT ME FOR SOME OTHER GIRL THAT I KNEW AND HE KNEW I DIDN'T LIKE HER!
I TRIED TO HARD TO GET HIM BACK BUT NOTHING WORKED NOW I TRY AND GET ALONG WITH HIS NEW GIRL FIREND JUST SO I CAN TELL HER THAT ALL THE CRAP HE IS SAYING TO HER IS A LIE!! (I SAW WHAT HE WAS SAYING TO HER ON HIS MYSPACE)

If he let go of you so easily, then he didn't love you anyway. Why would you remain friends with someone that betrayed you anyway? You're only making it hard to let go. You are making it easy for him to continue in this triangle if you keep making yourself available to him. She is doing something to him that you didn't do and believe me you should be glad that you didn't. You have even stooped to being two-faced. If you never liked her then why on earth are you trying to be her friend now? She don't need you as a friend, clearly she didn't like you either or else she wouldn't have went for your sloppy seconds. Girl let him stay with her they both sound like they deserve each other. You are playing a game the he is enjoying. Take that power away from him and you'll see a change in him and her. Your are really right when you said that you need to forget. Telling her all the bad things about him won't do anything except push them together and make him dislike you for opening up your mouth. If you can tell her all of this crap about him, then why do you want him back. If I was the current girlfriend, I would ask you that question. You sound really young anyway. You'll find anther guy hopefully you can let go of this bum. How will you ever know if you have met Mr. Right if you keep chasing Mr. Wrong ?

Stop being friends with both of them and meet new friends. Date other people that's a sure way to forget one person when you have another. I know it's not easy for you right now but it soon will be. Besides he has his nerve to date a girl you don't like and he knew about it. Maybe he's just trying to piss you off so it worked now move on. Good luck and I hope I helped a little.

Hey girlfriend. Been there done that. First of all, sorry to hear about your broken heart. Second of all it takes time to get over somebody. Surround yourself with friends and keep busy. You don't have to try to be nice to that other girl. You owe nothing to her! Forget your ex. Once an ex always an ex. You will do better!

argh its hard i kno. i couldnt do it. but as people say it all takes time. try n surround ur self with ur real friends n do things to try and keep ur mind off it. go out n have some fun. hunni honestly if he left u for another girl, then he is worth ur time n effort. leave him be. i kno its hurts havin to let some one go wen u love them so much. but u dont need some one like him in ur life. i dont wanna hurt u more. but if he loved u as much as u love him. he would of came back to u and tried giving ur relationship a second chance. so try moving on.

realize you are better than that and can find someone else But if you spending all your time being consumed with him/them you will Not be able to move on and find another he's a jerk and you dont need that get on with your life and the next guy will be 100 times better
