No. Utopian visions are ideal schemes which have no failings and eleiminate hardships, suffering, pain etc. at least for the members of that society, outside the society there may be many people rebelling against the tyranny of the...
(oh, wait... G.W. Bush and all the Buildenberger's already do run a utopian society on the backs of us poor shmucks!)
Peace is something we not only have to work for, but must also work to maintain. Peace once achieved, will require maintenance. work is not eliminated, failings and disasterous events still occur. Illness, and accidents will test our resources and we will have to face those difficulties.

Listen, I wanted to write a movie once (I've got no patience)-
A mess of old high school friends end up at the Pearly Gates. (Now, what else is Utopia and Peace?)
They get talking about their old lives, etc., during purgatory, and somehow, all but one are let in.
Well, they remember the old days, and then they've told the last story for the last time that anyone can really stand to listen.
And, out of sheer boredom,
THEY RAISE HELL!
Peace. Boring. Give me something to fight for. Give me a reason to get up in the morning. No reason = depression.

Peace is a sort of utopia I think.... and real peace, that passes all understanding, is a little hunk of the heaven to come.

Yes, it is since whenever my mind is at peace, I'm happy, in other words, I'm in an Utopia. It's no use finding/searching such an ideal world, the peaceful world is within oneself.

Peace to me is the moment when your mind and your body are relaxed and you are comfortably at peace, in touch with your spiritual self, completely balanced.
