absolutely you could be if you had sex about 2 weeks after your miscarriage. Generally, the body is very quick to get back to fertility as long as there are no other issues impeding it. I have a cousin who became pregnant 2 weeks after each of her children were born until she finally figured out to NOT have sex at LEAST before her first post-partum check up! :) After each of my miscarriages, since I was actively TTC and basal-temping, I ovulated 2 weeks after the loss each time so it's entirely possibly.
OR, you could have a stomach bug that has been going around - rotavirus is being particularly nasty this go-round.
Also, don't give any thought to anyone who says 'oh you need time to heal before getting pregnant again - it's just not healthy'. If you were 6 weeks pregnant (which is actually 4 weeks along) then there is nothing in your system that is depleted to impair a quick turnaround pregnancy. Most doctors will say 'wait three months' because a) sometimes it does take that long to get stabilized and they don't want to set women up to stress out and b) it's easier to date the pregnancy when you know when youre LMP was. It's mainly for convenience of paperwork that they advise you to wait a bit before TTC again. My midwife told me it's all poppycock (unless you were very far along and bled like a stuck pig or something - any trauma then yes you should wait a spell) about needing time between pregnancies when the previous ends in a very early miscarriage.

yes you could be, it's not healthy for you body to try again so soon after a miscarriage, but you could be.... try a pregnancy test if the symptoms persist. also it could just be that you are mourning the previous pregnancy, that happened to my sister. She had a miscarriage after 6 weeks in, and about 3 weeks later she went through that same thing and it ended up being nothing.

It's probably not what you want to hear, but you are probably not pregnant. If you miscarried only two weeks ago, it is unlikely that your body has gone through another cycle. The nausea and fatigue are probably a side effect of the stress from miscarriage.
Hope you feel better and get pregnant soon if that is what you want.

You should probably go to your docter to get a test that will be 100% accurate.
