In both ways a fresher can get a job, by luck or convincingly. By luck means he must fulfill all basic requirements and selected better than others. Convincingly means he prepared for that job and attended smartly with all required answers.

Fresher get first job ... it takes time ... be patient ..
Make a good resume ... try to make big and big friend circle of your field and help other freshers ... and they will help you without you ask ....... Be confident .....

a fresh must attend to the advertisement on the news and to tell every body he/she knows that he/she is looking for the job. mean while he/she must be patience enough.

i would suugest to spam your CV to every consultant or comapies across the world.Definetly you will get calls,but it's up to you to utilize the oppurtunity.
