It's not a word really. It's a code that you input that gives you a free wallpaper to use on your PC/pokestorage in the game.

type in your trainer ID, choose the colors you'd like and the wallpaper and icons that will appear on it and click "generate secret word" then tell that to the little girl and voila new wallpaper.
