I think there are three parts. The core, the inner zones, and the atmosphere. The core is where the nuclear reaction occurs. The inner zone has the radiative zone and convective zone. The atmosphere has the photosphere, chromosphere and the corona.

And there are no distinct boundaries between them because the whole thing is made of hot gasses (plasma).
