i live in a 2 bedroom town house which is leaking water from up stares n ma landlord have refused to fix it .?

call property standards or the board of health in your city or town. they will get on his butt really fast.

if it does not say in your lease that the landlord is not responsible then i would contact a lawyer. Better yet i would say stick him with a few months rent and then move.

this is a health issue, you could be at serious tisk,, contact your local health department and they will "have a talk" with the landlord!
