Certain bands' names really sound like people's names, so at some point in my life I thought these were people and not bands:

Pink Floyd
Led Zeppelin
Jethro Tull
Aerosmith
Molly Hatchett

My grandpa used to be a high school principal and students were mad at him because the finals were scheduled on the night of a big Pink Floyd concert and he was like "Hmmm...I don't know who this Mr. Floyd is, but I didn't consult him and he didn't consult me."

My cousin's a huge HIM fan.

Her: I love HIM!
Me: Who is he?
Her: No, no, no, HIM!
Me: That's what I just asked, who is he?
Her: It's not a he. It's a them.
Me: And I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together.
Her: No, they're HIM!
Me: I've got to meet him. He sounds pretty nice.
Her: *THWACK!*
Me: OWWW!
Her: HIM is a band.
Me: Ooooooooh.

I've been thinking the same thing.
I thought Norma Jean was a person, but I was wrong. It's a band. A band that should change their name.
