Dude this is going to seem totally gross but its when a guy puts his balls on whoevers face "mainly on halo 2 when playing online you do this to whoever you kill" and goes up and down kinda like a tea bag going in water, up and down. GROSS I KNOW but thats guys for ya

I didn't used to know what it was until my boyfriend told me, and it is pretty gross, i think. My friend Ty has friends who 'tea bag' the guys who pass out drunk first. PRETTY sick. But they don't put it in their mouth, just on their face.
