The best answer chosen by her EXPLAINS ONLY why the paper becomes smaller in size compared to its original size AND NOT why it curls.. Do u think the answer being chosen is right?

NO. as per me, the correct answer is - the heated side loses water faster than the opposite side which then shrinks and curls the sheet away from the heat

as matter of fact the molecules in the paper contains the little amount of the moisture when u burnt one side automatically other side , due to the contraction, and of solid matter becomes curls in one end
