I don't think a bathroom is counted as a room when listing it

I would say living room, kitchen and dining room. The house I am living in is considered a 6 room and we have 3 bedrooms. I don't think I have ever seen someone list a bathroom as one of the rooms.

Generally, bathrooms are not counted as rooms and are listed sparately, so the likely candidates outside of bathroms are living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, den, study, utility room, laundry room, home office and the like, Pick the 3 of your choice. The 3 most likely candidates are living room, dining room and kitchen. My house would be classed as having 7 rooms by this method. It is a 1800 sq. ft. split level, 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath with internal 2 car garage. (The garage, 2/5ths of the lower floor, does not count in the 1800 sq. ft. living space) The other 4 rooms are living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. My laundry/utility room would not be included as a room since it is the 1/2 bath which happens to contain the connections for a standard sized washer and dryer, as does the garage as well, by the way. The washer and dryer can be located inside in the 1/2 bath or "outside" in the garage next to the water heater and electrric furnace which heats the house. So, the likely room names may differ from place to place, but in general I think it would be living room, dining room and kitchen.

They would only include bath room as a perk like bath and a half but I think this still isn't part of these 3 rooms.
