Do you and your partner sleep under the same blanket after you've been together for a while? I live with my boyfriend, and have been with him for 2 and 1/2 years. When we first started staying with each other we would share a comforter, but then we kind of got out own blankets after a few months. We have small full sized bed comforters, so there is jsut not enough room for both of us. But i love feeling his warm body next to mine when i sleep. We are going to get a larger blanket that we can both fit under. But i'm not sure if that would change anything. I was wondering if you ahare a blanket with your partner, or if you use separate blankets?

Our relationship is about as old as yours. We have a king sized bed now and share the blanket (except times like this weekend when it is at the cleaners - who wants to spend another $80 for a second king-size?). Previously we had a queen size, and sometimes, for the heck of it decided to sleep on our full size futon. We always shared the largest blanket we could find, but kept extras on his side of the bed. I'm a blanket hog (the king size fixed that) and he always needed a back-up in case I took it. However, with our current status it's great: sharing a blanket on "the big bed" means we can cuddle when we first lie down, but ultimately get comfortable however we like, sometimes together, more often separately (but still under the same blanket).

We've been sharing the same sheets, blankets and comforter for 16 years and I cant imagine it any other way. I have to agree I love the warm feeling. Honestly, Ive never heard of separate blankets.

We also have a full size bed. And have no problem sleeping under the comforter together..Try putting a blanket on TOP of the comforter to stay warm. Rather then seperate. Or upgrade for a bigger bed.

We like to sleep rolled up like a burrito. So, we sleep with separate blankets. Except in the winter when we throw the extra heavy blanket on top to share.

My partner and I have slept under the same blanket at night for over 20 years. I wouldn't want it any other way. Buy a larger blanket and enjoy the closeness!! :-)

both of us use separate blankets, due to the fact that I am a covers hog. I like to snuggle the blanket all around me. My sister and my brother are both the same way. Mom thinks its strange, but all of us kids do the same thing.

My boy co-sleeps each so often, and it truly is how we do it. We placed the comforter (hide) over both my husband and that i. the toddler is between us laying on suitable of the comforter and has his own blanket. My husband wakes for artwork early, so he places some pillows the position he's many times laying. It keeps the toddler from rolling over and falling off of the mattress. There are issues that you may purchase in case you experience uncomfortable yet favor to co-sleep. There are boxes etc for the toddler to sleep in. My husband and that i have never had problems with co-sound asleep. The pillows are consistently some distance sufficient faraway from the toddler so as that he received't suffocate and the comforter end is a few distance sufficient away besides. inspite of you come to a decision so some distance as co-sound asleep is going, make the alternative depending on the protection of your baby. in case you experience that you may't do it or you're slightly uncomfortable with it, do not do it.
