who is the smartest person on the planet? (IQ-wise)?

I was just watching the movie, "Armageddon" and it was at the scene were the "smartest man on the planet" was explaining the strategy to defeat the asteroid. so my question is who IS the smartest person on the planet? (and whats their IQ? if you know it)

As far as adult scores go, it is controversial. Contrary to popular belief, it is not Marilyn Vos Savant, who has an adult deviation IQ of about 186 SD 15 (Mega Test).

Kim Ung Yong of South Korea has an IQ of about 200, as tested by psychologists, which might make him eligible for the smartest person award. He was doing university level calculus by the age of 4.

Christopher Langan is reported to have an IQ of about 195, achieving a score of 190+ on the Mega test, and 195 as estimated by psychologists.
