Open up Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, then click on Content, Auto Complete and then click clear passwords, and usernames. Also uncheck the auto complete options, ie forms, web addresses, passwords.

On Firefox go to Tools, Options, Privacy, View Saved Passwords, then you can choose which one you want to change. To change it, Clear the password then re-log onto the website (with your new password) and when windows asks you to remember it say yes.

There is probably a way but would be better just to change all passwords and tell Windows to never save to this computer. You should change your passwords often anyway.
