This is a weird method but alot of couples swear it works and they had conceived after having trouble conceiving. I saw it along time ago in the news. Like all methods, nothing is guaranteed. So if you never try, you'll never know if it works.

You will need a turkey baster and a plastic cup.
Do this method when you and your partner are relaxed to increase your chances.

Have your spouse/partner ejaculate into a plastic cup. You can help him do it or he can do it alone in private.Statistics say that men who ejaculate alone produce more sperm. But you can do both ways to see which one works for you.

After the sperm has been collected, take the turkey baster and suck up ALL of the sperm from the cup, then lay down and relax and insert the baster into your "who who" LOL
and release the sperm. You can insert the baster as far deep as you feel comfortable. Next take out the baster and stay laying down with your legs closed for about 20 minutes or more. Do not stand up immediately otherwise you will drain the sperm! 20 minutes is the minimum, 1 hour is the maximum. The longer you stay laid down, you increase your chances of fertilizing.
Afterwards, drink lots of water to hydrate you.

I hope this helps you conceive! Please email if you have any other questions.

Good luck!

There's a book called Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I suggest you get it, either from the library or check the local salvation army's and other thrift stores. It's techniques worked for me after a month.

If you don't have health insurance, you shouldn't be trying to conceive.
Don't you know you and baby will need prenatal care?
Pregnancy requires frequent check ups with a doctor.
Before you try to have a baby, you should at least be financially stable.

There are ovulation kits out there you can use. But if you do not have insurance I would question whether you are ready for a baby. Health insurance is a big cost and it's absolutely necessary. Please consider your financial needs too.
