this site only says about taking care of eyes so do not conclude that just taking these vitamins and minerals is enough for your body. eat all the right stuffs, have ample rest, exercise and not just your eyes but your whole body will look great.
i think thoughts, behavior and all that goes into what our eyes reflect. having good thoughts, being confident, being positive and all that will be reflected on our eyes. good things will make the eyes look good, and the bad things will make them seem awful.
