Berea school systems are actually pretty good, so that is very nice if you have school aged kids. Brookpark is family oriented, and you will find a lot of parks and recreation around that area. Tons of stuff for kids.

I'm not sure on those specific townhomes, but other townhomes and apartments in the area are pretty nice. They usually have reasonable rents, and are clean.

I had some friends that lived in the in the Brookpark area and the people care about their community. From what I have seen the area is very well kept. Brookpark, Snow and Engle Rd are in a development area where there are a lot of stores such as K-mart; Marc; Walgreens. Good luck to you.
