My town is Vega Baja and is know for the sugar cane processing and the oranges and is in Puerto Rico, in the north coast.

Our small town is known as the "Heart of the Rocky's". It's also known for its Hot Spring Pool's, it's 14,000 ft Peaks, Summer Rafting, and a State Prison that has a population of about 1,500 Inmates. Where in the heart of Colorado.

I'm from a town called Stroud in Oklahoma. There are 3 other Strouds in the world: Australia, Canada and England. At one time we were all known for making bricks. We have an International Brick and Rolling Pin throwing contest every year.

Seymour had the first commercial chewing gum factory in this country. Asa M. Fitch invented "Fitch's Chewing Gum" in 1876; popular in Central Indiana, the factory was located at Cincinnati Avenue near what is now know as O'Brien Street.

Cleveland, Ohio -- our lake caught on fire. and then there's Drew Carey. and i'm sure a few other things too. I go to college in Bowling Green, Ohio, it's in the northwest part of the state, and they are known for having the national tractor pull and it's also where figure skater Scott Hamilton is from.

the town I live in Launceston, Tasmania-Australia is known for the Australian cirkcet captain Ricky Ponting being born here and the town I was born in Hobart also in Tasmania is known for being the worlds southern most capital city and lets not forget the city I'm moving too, Mandurah Western Australia, this is known for tourism and crabbing during the season and nice beaches
