I don't know what kind of person are you since I never met you but it always helps to give an honest answer. Whatever you think about yourself, good or bad, just say it out because what others think of you doesn't matter.
Just wanna wish you GOOD LUCK in your career!!

Hey Ms. Mickey- You will be asked the:
'strengths & weakness' question. I can almost gaurantee it. It is a prerequisit for the 2000 and on interview. First I congratulate you on the fact that you have figured that out and secondly, I sincerely compliment the fact, that you are preparing for the interview as you are! Now considering the position that you are applying for. I actually meant, the position that you will attain, let us consider the position and the duties of same. Now what mind you are your strengths?!-----------------------------------------------
I let you fill in that one. now : you have received a few good responses, but any secretary worth her weight, is a secretary that will: "just cuz" a southern gal named Elizabeth once told me. She was one of my secretaries and she stays in my mind to this day because: she kept herself busy! She knew me, what I needed, when my meetings were, not that I didn't know already, but, she would have the restaurant reports on my desk a day early and I'd ask why? "Just cuz"
was her reply. So see to it that you convey, that you pick up everything very quickly. You know that you and he/she will get along splendidly and
that you will personally see to it that his/her life is much easier at the office:
"Just cuz"!
Good Luck -n- God bless
if this is what you want get cocky and GO get it
the:

I have a great answer for this because I've actually asked myself this question before and it can be quite nerve wrecking to go to an interview and find yourself stumped when they ask you an important question. If they ask you this question, what you do is first you tell them your strengths, then for your weakness you say something like "Well if you need someone to fix the copy machine when it's jammed, don't come to me!" This answers the question without hurting your image and still appearing competent for the position you are applying for- (Unless of course you are applying to be a copy machine tech)

This one is actually very easy.
Your strengths can be anything positive anyone every complimented you on, you're a "go getter," you're very attentive to detail...be prepared to give an example if asked.
Your weaknesses are just that...you should know what they are. But here's what they are looking for....what you're doing to turn your weakness into a strength. For example, if you aren't good at math, you are in school to brush up on your skills and/or have hired a tutor.

What you want to do in this case is not give an answer such as "I am not good at finishing what I start." Or any answer that makes you sound weak, instead what you want to do is tell them that you are working on improving yourself. As a weakness you can also take a strength and blow it out of proportion such as: "When I start on a project I tend to focus all of myself towards that one idea."

For each indavidual the answer is different, but I use:
Strengths I am motivated to learn and realize that change is a constant.
Weknesses: I do not like telemarketers and if I met one in person there is a good chance that I would hurl.
