How do I bring up the subject of pathological lying to my partner?

He does not seem to be able to pass along any information without changing the facts and embellishing them to make them not true anymore. Even about non important things. Is he a pathological liar?

Be honest and straight forward. There is no such thing a 1 lie. For every lie, there is another one coming to cover up the first, and so on... Sooner or later, everything is just a lie. Good Luck
