Anyone else get teary-eyed like 4 or 5 times during this episode? I do every time I watch it.

When Samantha makes her speech, when Magda talks to Miranda, when Miranda tells Mr. Big "go get our girl," when Mr Big shows up in Paris, and when Charlotte says "that's our baby."

That episode is on right now, and even though I've seen it probably 10 times, I cry every time. Anyone else a sap like me? Thoughts?

I love the final episode. I always cry when:
- they say goodbye in the cafe
- Carrie sees the French friends having lunch and laughing
- she calls Miranda
- Miranda says "go get our girl"
- Charlotte says "that's our baby"
- the girls get back together at the cafe at the end
- Big shows up at the hotel and Carrie crys
- Carrie says "Take me home"

Basically, I cry through the whole thing. Alex is such a jerk!

My other favorite cry episodes:
- Miranda's mother's funeral when Carrie jumps in the aisle to walk with Miranda.
- at the end of Charlotte's wedding to Trey when Carrie says "it's rare in life to find a friend who loves you no matter what, I was lucky enough to find three of them" or something like that.

the night that episode aired i had called everyone that could possibly call me or come over, NOT TO! i loved every minute of that final show, i cried so much because i felt everything they did. i moved away from my hometown and felt carries pain. i loved Mr. Big for Carrie she needed someone to guide her and still be independent. i have all six seasons on dvd and watch 3 episodes atleast a day, even to just have them playing in the backround and i have to say i have prob seen season six pat 2 the most. no your not alone in the crying i think we all know love and lost story and to get what you want in the end is just delicious!

I love sex and the city. i have the dvds but still watch it when i see it on tv.

Im glad carrie ended up with big. alex was a bad match for her.
I get teary eyed when charlotte says thats our baby. she waited long enough. and even though harry doesnt look like her prince (or her idea of a prince) he is the best match for her. i love them together.

in fact i love all of the couples,
samantha and smith (how cute it he!)
charlotte and harry
miranda and steve
carrie and big.

It's become a guilty pleasure for me as well.

My girlfriend loves the show. So, she was very pleasantly surprised when I bought her Seasons 3, 4, 5, and 6 on DVD as one big Christmas present this year.

yes; but it would have been better if everyone didn't have a happy ending. miranda should not even be with steve. he is a loser. and now she went from a powerful confident attorney, to a livi-in nurse.
