Actually you are more likely to get a worm or backdoor trojan first. If your using hacked software... you probably have all 3 running on your sytem. While viruses can do alot of damage... a worm can sit there doing nothing for a long time and may just collect info on your system and send it to the creator or other nasty things. But backdoors can actually have him on your system without you knowing and they can actually run your system like they are sitting in the room with you. I knew a group that had files in a hidden directory on a guys computer... didn't know till he ran out of HD space

No. Flash can't just infect your computer with a virus. It will prompt you first saying if you want to accept a file. To be safe, just use Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer is complete and utter crap.
