WTF, I've never seen/heard of this. Is it common? It seems to be just water. It's dripping out and freezing. I just put my car on ramps, so it's possible this water has accumulated over a long time.

Yup, totally normal. The main byproducts of burning gasoline with air are carbon dioxide and water (steam).

The steam/water is from the combustion procedures, and from the chemical reactions happening in the catalytic converter, slightly steam or water droplets are everyday, the reason you notice water droplets and not purely steam is because of the fact the steam re-condenses on the rear of the automobile because of the fact the rear is many times no longer warm adequate to boil water.

Completely normal. Nothing to worry about. Its caused by hot exhaust gases meeting cold exhaust, condensation developes which is the water coming out your exhaust. After your exhaust warms up it will go away.

It's just condensation from a cold exhaust system. That's normal and when the engine warms it up, it will quit!! @8=)
