Yes I think that we "perceive" reality, but I don't think that we process or comprehend it.

That depends. If reality is that the flag of the United States is red, white and blue, then yes, we perceive "reality". IF on the other hand, reality is that the flag is every other color than that, and that the flag reflects those colors, then no, we do not perceive the trillions of particles that go around us, we do not perceive the cancer cells that our immune system kills all the time, we do not perceive reality in that sense... We would have to BE everything in order to perceive that. We would have to BE reality.
Yet I am only talking in the most superficial sense, because the only reality I KNOW I perceive is my existence, in one way or another, I exist as an entity. Not even you know that for a fact, but I am compelled to think you feel the same way about yourself.

That would depend on the question, what is real?
Reality is only perceived as a solidified possibility of many choices. Our current reality is said to be the result of a collective agreement. The mind is metaphysical; it has no judgment, therefore its limitless. The brain processes 20 million billion calculations per second, yet we are only consciously aware of about 2000. I wouldn’t even attempt to guess, but lets assume that human reality begins at 2000, divide that into the 20 million billion to get the amount of possible external realities. I believe that our mind is the one thing that connects us with EVERYTHING.

Our mind perceives reality to the degree that our senses allow, but then interprets it into something else. The difference between the interpretation and the original perception is what makes each of us individuals.

Every one has their own perception of the universe, as well as, meaning for words. I do not think I understanding the true meaning of reality, as I concider my sleeping dreams as much as reality as when I am awake. When I wake up in the morning, I remeber my dream as it was like reality.
What is Reality? What is it other than a seven letter word?

Nope.
Our senses can only reach out so far.
Our minds can only consider a miniscule fraction of what is happening simultaneously all around us in one, given moment.
Our knowledge of Nature is so incoherent that much of what we tell ourselves about the world is truly ... just a fantasy.
Reality? You mean Everything; Everywhere? Past, Present, Future?
Nope. We can't even get a bead on this very moment.

They percieve what you know as reality so yes they do. Reality is what you percieve it to be so if you don't see anything than no your mind can't see reality, but that is ighly unlikely. There may be more to it than what we can percieve but until someone sees it then it isn't reality, it's just a dream.

Our minds grasp for reality through interpretation of its perception. Reality exists beyond symbols, thoughts and the mind; it exists in the experience, not in the perception.
