I'm 13 years old and I got 127 on my IQ test and it says I'm a visual mathematician I don't really understand what's that supposed to mean. But I've tried looking for the rankings but most of them are for adults 20+ year olds

You are in the area at the top end of average and the low end of exceptional. At your age it means you performed as if you were 16.5 (if you are exactly 13) I am less sure about the visual mathematician but suspect it means that you are adept at solving problems which can be presented and demonstrated visually (as opposed to some who works well verbally or with symbols). One of my adept areas, which is supposed to be good for engineers, is to look at a drawing or plan of a 3D object and easily imagine what it will look like if rotated - spacial orientation.

127 is at least 10 points higher than the average IQ in Metropolitan areas. A Visual Mathematician has probably performed best in the areas of visual-spatial ability and math.
127 seems very impressive to me for a 13-y-o
My IQ is only 133

Yes, it's an indicator that you're pretty bright.

The "visual mathematician" angle is just a way for them to tell you which puzzles you seem to do best with. Visual and mathematical oriented people seem to be very logic and rational minded.

Do remember, though, that IQ is only a single test of potential intelligence, and it doesn't do a lot to test social or creative potential. Always take stark number test results with a grain of salt, and note that they're only measuring for the questions they ask.

That test is far from accurate. It is based soley on things you learn on school, and doesn't test for different strengths or reasons. There are many things that it should test that it just doesn't. If you keep taking that test as you grow older, your IQ will probably drop because if you do just as good being older will drop your score, you learn about all the crap that is on that test in school. Very innacurate test. Have you noticed that it is basically all about mathematics? There is more to IQ than just math.

It very good :-) However, for most visual mathematicians, the English spellings (like "brake the bad news" - violates sense of traffic, to say the least) tend to cause little unhappiness.

Keep up your practice .... :-) I suggest read some excellent books on geometry, etc. If you really want to feel challenged, read up on the 92 Johnson solids, and how their volumes and surface areas. may be calculated.

That is above average actually. Good work

Over 140 - Genius or near genius
120 - 140 - Very superior intelligence
110 - 119 - Superior intelligence
90 - 109 - Normal or average intelligence
80 - 89 - Dullness
70 - 79 - Borderline deficiency
Under 70 - Definite feeble-mindedness

I think you're a very bright little girl, and you have the abilities to think abstractly and to visualize something in your mind. Congrats!
