screwdriver for loking bedroom door?

Does anyone know how to use a screwdriver to lock your bedroom door like in the mover dazed and confused? i tried it but it doesnt work?

You don't need a screw driver to lock a door, buy a lock and install it, it is not that difficult.

ITS JUST A MOVIE ! that's why it didn't work for you, they do a lot of things on the movies that cant really be done at home.
