Unless you have not finished going through puberty you will stay 4'11". I am not sure why this would make you insecure. It could be genetics or poor nutrition during puberty. You have to like yourself for who you are. Height is not something you can change no more than your race, age, or family. You just have to accept yourself for who you are!

There's growth hormone treatment that you could talk to your doctor about.
Good posture increases height.
And high heels.
You should also have lots of calcium & protein, it may not be too late to grow a little, some people grow up until 25, so not all hope is lost! And even if you don't grow an inch, it will help prevent shrinkage due to osteoporosis

You may still grow until you're about 21 although I reached my full height by the time I was about 15 (I was also an early bloomer), it depends on you. Being healthy can't hurt, take a daily multi, eat right, exercize and get lots of sleep (No scientific basis but I think kids grow at night).

I feel the same pain. Im 18 but I'm only 5 feet tall. My sis is 5'8 and I don't know how I turned out to be only 5 feet. I also took growing pills and stuff like that but it didn't work at all!!

When I was in high school, two of my closest friends always complained about their height - one was *maybe* 5-feet tall, the other was 6-feet tall and still growing when she graduated high school! But they both learned to accept their bodies (what choice did they have, after all?). So I guess what I'm trying to say is that you're not alone, we all have something we're insecure about (that we can't change). I know it's not easy to "get over it" but please try!

Probably not, by 19 women have usually stopped growing. The best thing I can tell you to do is to use clothing and shoes to give the illusion of being taller.

There's nothing you can do to change your height; it's encoded into your DNA, unlike weight, which can be altered. Wear heels! Or you can try the African tribal method of stretching your neck.
Other than that....sorry. It's genetic.
