WelL i HeARd ThEREs a new law that just passed that u need a passaport 2 come back from mexico...by airplane..but im not so sure if i need it by bus...anyone know?

The new regulations specifically state that as of jan. 23, 2007 you must have a passport to travel to and from Mexico by AIR...and as of Jan. 2008 you will need a passport for all types of travel to and from Mexico. See website below for easy to read official info.

The law is a little vague on this, but it says that you "may" be required to present a passport if traveling by land or sea. I suggest you take one with you to be on the safe side.

I would not go there it is NOT SAFE for US Citizens! Read the Department of States warning!
