Okay, so you are happily married, perhaps he is not... As far as why he likes the company of teenage girls, it sounds a little weird, but I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as the situations are appropriate and his actions are nothing short of appropriate. Teenage girls can be pleasing to observe and be around. He may find their youthfulness attractive.

hate to say this but many men like to talk and look at teenage girls. as long as they do not act on it is normal otherwise call 911. the truth is we are all attracted to youth and some of us like to reminisce the younger years
