Wean yourself off of the internet and other stuff that is fun to the point of you get tired or sick and tired of being on the internet wasting your time in a very short amount of time?

Wean? Like Kendra said, you can not go on the Internet if you do not turn on the machine. If you are on here at work, then you have a real complex situation. At work I would assume you would have to worry about being caught. But , off of work, you may get so addicted to the Internet, that you begin to hide it. Of course, I am a fine one to talk, as I am here again.

allow yourself a set amount of time and set a timer or alarm clock to go off. Shut it down walk away and busy yourself doing housework, reading a good book, find a hobby. Try finding some new friends to go out with.Get a pet. Babysit. There are hundreds of things to do to keep your mind occupied and away from the computer.I got addicted to it. But these are some things I do to get away from it.

This is messing my eyesight up.
Why does the typing have to be so small?
I do read books on line, and now see TV shows.
Try to cut your Computer time shorter each day,
or find another hobby.

Haha if you find someone who knows, please tell me. Watching people argue about everything attracts me, is that why you're addicted? I can't stop watching people be stupid. (Not everyone on here, btw)

Sometimes I really am thankful for stupid people.
