Big Wii points problem!?

I am using a Visa card to purchase Wii points on my Wii. I tried to purchase 1000 of them for 10 dollars and I recieved an error code, so I tried again, and got the same error code. I was charged for the points, but I have 0 of them. What should I do? I forget what the error code is, and if I try to buy them, I'll recieve the error code and get charged again.

call nintendo, there sort it all out, all you need is the receipt for them.

Yeah Nintendo, but you can ask online to find out a way to fix it and explain the whole story in a nice manner and oyu might get money back and the wii points for the inconvienence
