Aromatherapy can give you a quick lift.
Clary sage is particularly good for a morale boost and can give a sense of confidence and well being. Try about 5 drops mixed with a teaspoon of full fat milk in a warm bath.
Don't use it if you're pregnant or if you've been drinking.
you can use it in conjunction with herbal teas but if you're using homoeopathic medicines, don't take them until you've been out of the bath an hour or so. Also you shouldn't take homoeopathic medicines within 30 minutes of eating or drinking anything other than water as their effectiveness can be reduced by strong flavours and scents.

As a qualified Herbalist I recommend a tea made from Blackberry Leaves, Raspberry Leaves, Lemon Balm and Thyme. Take a Tsp of each and pour on boiling water, let it brew for 5mins.
Sweeten with a tsp of honey. 2-3 cups per day.

Best home remedy is aerobic exercise. It's the fastest, and one of the most effective natural treatments for depression.
As far as teas go, chamomile is calming, relaxing and brings a sense of well-being while you drink it, and St. John's Wort fights depression over time if you drink it regularly.

this really helped me to turn my life around... I was constantly tired, day after day... tried all the other answers to your question (exercise, fresh air, good food etc etc...) and still felt drained !
a simple 5 minute test proved i was intolerant to a couple of food groups... I cut these out of my diet and everything changed ! my energy levels soared, and my weight stabilisied... have a look... may be just what you need
good luck

I have a simple remedy for emotional issues. Bach Flower remedies. If you haven't tried them its going to be a pleasant solution for you. They work on a very subtle level so don't expect to get dramatic results. They won't cure the reason for depression but they are effective in getting your emotional life back on track.

Try moving around. Turn the radio up loud and dance like mad! Once you get into it, the adrenaline will start pumping around your body and you will feel instantly better. Adrenaline has endorphins that send signals to your brain to make you feel good. It's a great way to perk yourself up a bit and it's guaranteed to leave you feeling fresh and alive.

mate is a good herb for energy;
damiana is good for balancing the hormones and a pick up;
with the heat you may just be down on electrolytes ... cell salts are great & inexpensive
try more water :)
if you need to exercise a gentle one like yoga, have rests between tasks, have a drink.
good luck

A vitamin B complex might help as well as some chromium. Remember that B complex is diluted with caffine and refined sugar.

Agree about exercise, even just a brisk walk & eat colorful foods.
If you experience seasonal "blues", try to get a little sun. But remember to use your sunscreen, you don't want to get wrinkles.
