YOU EXPRESS WHAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED. It's a cause and effect. One cannot control experience while expression is a choice. If you've undergone a difficult time/situation you can choose how you react or how you want to express it. You may choose to express it in anger or in sadness, Or though singing or declamation. Experience is beyond control, it just happens.
Haha.. Do i make sense? ^_^

They both are correct. I will take care of the easiest one of two: the second one. For example, you took a dumpy flight and now you are going to tell that to your friend; you can say that you express what you have experienced. There isn't a problem with the second one. But I would put it this way: either "you are going to express what you have experienced" or "you will express what you have experienced."

The first one "you experience what you express" is a rather tricky one. Usual response is that it is wrong gramatically. In terms of syntax, it is not wrong. Another usual response is that you cannot express unless you have already experienced it. This notion itself cannot always be applicable to every situation. It is assuming that; first, you experience something; and then you express it. This order can be wrong sometimes.

Just imagine that you are a famous actor invited to speak on a big tv show. You can talk about your life or views: which is what you express. Certainly, you can experience the experience of expressing your life simultanouesly...

In short, first one is also correct under certain conditions.

I can refer this question to one of a very renowned actor in my country whose name is Rajinikanth

According to him

He expresses what he experiences n experiences what he expresses.

According to me also both could be true.

Lets assume this

1.) Everyone understands and appreciates your latter option without much doubt in their mind, but can u frame a situation where you can experience what you express , say for example when you speak out your ambition , your goal in life and also when you actually start working towards it and one day when you achieve it . Isn't it an experience of your expression made some day which you don't even remember. This is a true situation which i am talking about and no virtuality.

Hope everyone start towards that objective of doing both where we become more committed individuals.

Rgds
