A rear wheel cylinder is leaking. The brake shoes become saturated with the fluid and will cause that wheel to lock up when braking.
Get it fixed ASAP.

Why do you think you brakes have locked up?
My car's back brakes leaked a lot last year- and then when I finally took it to the mechanic he asked me how in the hell I was driving my car and that I was lucky I didnt get into an accident. Soon enough you wont be able to stop if you dont get that fixed.

Well if the fluid leaked out, of course they locked up! No fluid.

I really hope you're not dumb enough to keep driving with leaky fluid. But if you are, where do you drive, so I can be sure I'm nowhere near you.

You should have taken your vehicle to a reputable garage when it was leaking only. Now that it has gotten worse, have it towed to that garage and get it repaired.
