...like fish? I mean, the smell is SO pungent. Or how come they don't know, they smell that way? If you could smell the funk from across the room, surely they should be able to.
I'm not being mean. I just really want to know the answer to this.

probably because its embarassing.....and if ppl knew she knew this and acted like she had no prob with it.......well that would be worse

If a woman has a strong vaginal smell there is something WRONG with her. It could be a sexually transmitted disease or she could just be dirty. I once had a grandmother with a very strong smell (we had a name for it but it isn't polite) and she never let on that she smelled anything, it was hard to ignore. I know people (men) that walk around with strong BO and don't seem to notice. It may be a case of can't smell your own stench, denial that other people can smell it, denial that something is wrong - they think it's normal.

I think people who have bad hygiene get used to the smell.....its like visiting someone with a cat and their house smells like piss...but they are used to it so they don't notice it.

Everybody's " DOWN THERE" has a smell. If it's fishy I would wounder if she needs to clean up some down there. Maybe her nose is broke or something.

it could be a lot of things, maybe they are miseducated and people don't know that it really doesn't smell like fish, or maybe they are depressed and aren't washing well, or are so afraid of washing their vaginal area because of some concern about being aroused

because nobody knows wut they themselves smell like. each person has their own odor which they r unable 2 smell. every1 else can tho.
