A "fishy" smell that is particularly present after sex may be an indication of bacterial vaginosis, an imbalance and overgrowth of certain types of bacteria in the vagina.
It's usually easily treatable with a course of antibiotics, but if left untreated it can -- though rarely does -- lead to certain complications.
I'd encourage you to make an appointment with your health care provider to get tested for BV.

Wow. Yea, you and your counterpart need to maintain your nether regions a little better. If you ARE maintaining yourselves then it is a natural body odor that your body is producing a fair amount of. Talk to a gynecologist on better remedying the problem.

you could have an infection, or it could be something you guys ate, men's semen can take on smells and taste that vary depending on diet. men who eat spicy food, should never expect any extra treatment to their penis (YUK)
