I like to use brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and water. The brown sugar crystals exfoliate, the baking soda kind of acts like a glue for it all to stick and stay on to your face, cinnamon brings blood flow to the skin and gives it a healthy glow and the water makes the paste. You can use your fingers to apply it but recently I've discovered that my skin had completely transformed into pure softness after I started using a clean toothbrush to scrub with. I dip the toothbrush in the mix and GENTLY scrub. Don't apply too much pressure. Be patient! I have bad acne and was looking for ways to fix it and this really helped me. Make sure to apply mostisturizer!!

Create a paste out of baking soda and water. It's actually gentler on your skin than a microdermabrasion!
