i am trying to connect my psp to the internet but i keep getting an error message that says internal error?

i keep getting error message 80410A0B. internal error when i try to connect other psp's they work except my one help please. appreciate it

Make sure your WiFi button on the left side is all the way up.

Maybe your router isn't compatable with the PSP, or there's a firewall on the router.
